4. PAYMENT TERMS

All pricing is clearly displayed on the website or agreed upon during onboarding.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Other approved methods

4.1 Fixed-Term Agreements

Plans are structured as fixed-term commitments (3, 6, or 12 months).

Once a term begins, it cannot be shortened without written agreement.

4.2 Late Payments

Failure to complete payment may result in:

  • Termination of agreement

5. NO GUARANTEES

However, we do not guarantee:

  • Specific revenue levels
  • Number of inbound leads
  • Platform growth metrics

  • Business profitability

Results depend on:

  • Client consistency
  • Market conditions
  • Offer quality
  • Sales process effectiveness
  • External platform algorithms

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure proper service delivery, the client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate business information
  • Deliver recordings on time (if applicable)
  • Respond to strategy approvals promptly
  • Provide required access to platforms if needed
  • Maintain professionalism in communication

Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay outcomes.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1 Client Ownership

Upon full payment:

  • The client retains ownership of their final content assets.
  • The client retains ownership of their brand materials.

7.2 HustleGrowthz Ownership

HustleGrowthz retains ownership of:

  • Internal systems
  • Framework methodologies
  • Templates
  • Automation structures
  • Strategic processes

These may not be copied, resold, redistributed, or replicated without written consent.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:

  • Business strategies
  • Revenue data
  • Client lists
  • Internal processes
  • Automation frameworks

Confidential information may not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.

9. TERMINATION

9.1 By Client

Clients may terminate only at the end of their selected term.

Early termination requires written approval and may not result in refund.

9.2 By HustleGrowthz

We reserve the right to terminate service if:

  • The client violates these Terms
  • The client engages in abusive or unethical conduct
  • Payments are not completed
  • The client uses services unlawfully

10. REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of digital strategic services:

All payments are non-refundable once service delivery has commenced.

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith before escalation.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

HustleGrowthz shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of revenue
  • Loss of business opportunity
  • Platform bans or restrictions
  • Algorithm changes
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client under this Agreement.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless HUSTLEGROWTHZ PRIVATE LIMITED from any claims arising from:

  • Misuse of content
  • False claims made by the client
  • Violation of platform rules
  • Illegal business activities

13. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

We may use third-party tools including:

  • Social media platforms
  • Automation software
  • Scheduling tools
  • Analytics tools

We are not responsible for outages, bans, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms.

14. FORCE MAJEURE

HustleGrowthz shall not be held liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Internet outages
  • Government restrictions
  • Platform shutdowns

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to:
