2. Services Provided
HustleGrowthz Pvt. Ltd. provides done-for-you content creation, authority positioning, and inbound marketing services under the Authority Flywheel™ system. Services include positioning strategy, script writing, video editing, multi-platform distribution, inbound automation, and strategy reviews.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate onboarding information, record video content for approximately 1 hour per week, respond to communications within 48 business hours, and grant necessary access to social media accounts required for content publishing.
4. Payment Terms
All pricing is as agreed upon in the client agreement. Payments are one-time, upfront investments unless otherwise specified. All amounts are in USD. Disputed charges must be raised within 7 days of payment.
5. No Refund Policy
⚠️ Important: We do not offer any refund policy. All investments are completely non-refundable once payment has been made, regardless of circumstances. Please carefully evaluate our services through the free strategy call before committing.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients own the final content produced for them. HustleGrowthz Pvt. Ltd. retains ownership of all proprietary systems, frameworks, and methodologies including the Authority Flywheel™ system.
7. Limitation of Liability
HustleGrowthz Pvt. Ltd. does not guarantee specific revenue, follower growth, or business outcomes. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by that client for our services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
