1. INTRODUCTION

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all purchases made through HustleGrowthz for the Authority Flywheel™ Framework and related services.

By purchasing our services, you agree to this policy.


2. NATURE OF SERVICES

Authority Flywheel™ is a strategic, customized, done-for-you service that includes:

  • Market research
  • Positioning development
  • Script creation
  • Content production
  • Automation setup
  • Strategic consulting

Because our services involve customized intellectual work and time allocation, refunds are limited and governed by the terms below.


3. REFUND POLICY

3.1 General Policy

All payments are non-refundable once service delivery has commenced.

Service delivery is considered commenced when:

  • Onboarding materials are provided
  • Strategy development begins
  • Scripts are written
  • Content production starts
  • Automation setup begins

Due to the digital and strategic nature of the service, refunds are not available for change of mind.


3.2 Before Service Begins

If you have paid but onboarding has not started and no work has been initiated, you may request cancellation within 48 hours of payment.

Approval of such refund is at the sole discretion of HUSTLEGROWTHZ PRIVATE LIMITED.

If approved, processing fees (if applicable) may be deducted.


3.3 Fixed-Term Commitments

Plans are sold as fixed-term commitments (3, 6, or 12 months).

Once a term begins:

  • The agreement cannot be canceled mid-term without written approval.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within the agreed term.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

4.1 Cancellation by Client

Clients may:

  • Cancel future renewals before the next billing cycle (if applicable)
  • Choose not to renew after completing their selected term

Mid-term cancellations are not eligible for refunds unless otherwise agreed in writing.


4.2 Cancellation by HustleGrowthz

We reserve the right to terminate service if:

  • Payments are not completed
  • The client violates our Terms & Conditions
  • The client engages in abusive or unethical behavior
  • The client misuses the service
  • The client fails to provide required materials repeatedly

In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed.


5. PERFORMANCE & RESULTS DISCLAIMER

Authority Flywheel™ provides systems, strategy, and execution support.

We do not guarantee:

  • Specific revenue outcomes
  • Specific follower growth
  • A guaranteed number of leads
  • Sales results

Refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction related to performance expectations.

Results depend on:

  • Client consistency
  • Market conditions
  • Offer quality
  • Sales execution
  • Platform algorithms

6. REVISION POLICY

Revisions are included according to your selected plan.

Revisions are intended for:

  • Minor content adjustments
  • Style refinements
  • Strategic alignment

Revisions do not constitute grounds for refund.


7. PAYMENT DISPUTES

If a client initiates a chargeback or payment dispute without attempting resolution first:

  • Services may be immediately suspended
  • The client may lose access to deliverables
  • Legal action may be pursued if necessary

8. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
